ASSISTED SALES SCHEME
If you’ve spotted the new home of your dreams on our website but have yet to sell your current property, we can help.
Drawing on our unrivalled network of partner estate agents, we will obtain two accurate market valuations based on finding a purchaser in just 6 – 8 weeks. Whilst we’ll agree with you a minimum acceptable selling price, we will instruct one of those agents to market your property for an agreed period, providing an EPC certificate and striving for maximum value.
At this point, you may provisionally reserve your new dream home. You’ll need to complete a reservation form and pay the £1000 reservation fee. This is deducted from the final purchase price.
Whilst your existing property is being marketed for sale, you’ll be expected to ensure it’s available for viewings and, once an offer has been made and accepted, you’ll be in the position to move to exchange of contracts (within an agreed 28 days) securing your new dream home!
Your estate agents’ fees will be settled by us once the sale and purchase has been completed.
Should a suitable buyer not be found within the agreed marketing period you’re able to walk away and appoint your own agent without any fees being payable to the estate agent. You’ll receive a copy of your EPC along with your reservation fee, minus a £250 administration fee.
