LIBRARY HOUSE

HIGH STREET, FRODSHAM WA6 7AN

Library House is a development of 14 one and two bedroom apartments and duplexes within a converted Chapel in the centre of Frodsham.

Library House began life in 1837 as a Chapel and was converted into a Library in the 1930’s before being closed in 2013. House Crowd Developments has stepped in to give the landmark building a new lease of life.

The building is well known locally for its fabulous bee motif stained glass windows and these, along with many other period features, have been restored and retained to offer modern apartment living with period charm and character.

CONSIDERED LAYOUTS

Each of the 14 apartments has been designed to maximise space, light and to incorporate stunning period features.

The lower ground floor offers a choice of four apartments; three with one bedroom and one with two bedrooms. All apartments on this floor include a modern open plan kitchen/dining and living space and a main bathroom.

On the ground and first floor are a choice of 10 two-bedroom duplex apartments with between 440 sq ft and 844 sq ft of living accommodation. With the exception of apartment 14, they offer an open plan kitchen/dining and living room with two bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper floor. Apartment 14 provides a kitchen/dining room and separate lounge.

SPECIFICATION

The apartments have been finished to an exacting standard with high quality fittings and fixtures from leading designers and manufacturers. Where possible, natural wood, brushed chrome and timber have been used in keeping with the style of the building.

Contemporary style kitchens finished in matte shades are handleless with soft closing doors and drawers. Work surfaces and porcelain floor tiles are provided in complementary colour tones. Integrated into the scheme is an induction hob, oven and fridge freezer and a washer/dryer.

Contemporary designer bathrooms include complementary large format porcelain wall and floor tiles. There is an alarm and smoke detector and satellite TV and telephone points are provided in the lounge and all bedrooms (subject to subscriptions).
